The Higher School of Gastronomy and Hostelry collects the award of recognition of the FEHR

The director of the Higher School of Gastronomy and Hostelry of Toledo, Manuel Conde, has been commissioned to collect the recognition award that the Spanish Hostelry Federation has made to the educational center, at the X National Hostelry Awards Gala.

Manuel Conde had words of thanks for the teachers and the team that every day makes it possible for hundreds of Hostelry and Restoration students to be trained in their classrooms. "This award is for the whole team, because without them it would be impossible to carry out the work that is done in the School".

Celebrate your Christmas meal with us

The students of the Higher School of Gastronomy and Hostelry of Toledo, as every year, have elaborated some varied and original Christmas menus. The goal is to enjoy a pleasant evening, sharing table and tablecloth with friends, colleagues, family ... and tasting good cuisine.

There are three menus, to be chosen under reserve, in which to check 'in situ' the good culinary practice of the students of the Higher School of Gastronomy and Hostelry of Toledo, which will be served in our restaurants.

'Aires de La Habana' with prize for our students

The challenge was difficult, but the students were prepared to take on him. It was a matter of reflecting on a tapa what we experience on the palate when watching the Cuban film 'Aires de La Habana'. And all this, with the pressure to participate in the XIII International Social Film Festival of Castilla-La Mancha.
