The XV promotion of students of the Superior School of Gastronomy and Hostelry of Toledo has said goodbye to us. In an emotional act, teachers, classmates and all the staff of the School dismissed most of the students who have put an end to their training.
Some will return to the School next year to continue their studies of Higher Degree, but a large majority will permanently leave these facilities to embark on a new phase of their life.
In the act of graduation, the director of the School, Manuel Conde, congratulated them for having completed their studies and instructed them to put the teachings into practice both in the classrooms and in the kitchens and in the restaurants. He reminded them of the importance of continuing to maintain the discipline learned, as well as respect for the profession and the colleagues who, from now on, will find themselves in their day to day.
After months of internships in different catering establishments, students embark on a new stage of their lives without the tutelage of the School's teaching staff, but always with the doors of the School open.
