The School of Gastronomy and Hostelry of Toledo has officially opened the school year 2016-2017 with an act that has been attended by students, parents, teachers and part of the members of the Brotherhood of the Hundred.
The director of the center, Manuel Conde, has once again welcomed the students to whom he has reminded that, the most important thing to ensure that tomorrow be "excellent professionals" is "work, work and work". He has encouraged the students to seek the sponsorship of great entrepreneurs to continue training, whether in the kitchen, or in the classroom, outside the center.
"Take advantage of the fact that today you have great hotel businessmen to learn from them and seek their complicity to continue forming you," he said.
"We, for our part, will continue to look for those places where we consider that you can carry out your practices, learning from the best", he added.
For his part, the president of the Brotherhood of the Hundred, Carlos Viana, has requested the collaboration of parents and businessmen to achieve that "the formation that today they have chosen is tomorrow their means of life".
