Without wishing to be pretentious, the main reason why the students choose the Higher School of Gastronomy and Hostelry of Toledo is because it is, without a doubt, one of the best centers that exist not only in Spain.
And we do not say it. This is endorsed, among others, chef Iván Muñoz -a Michelin star- trained in our classrooms.
The Higher School of Gastronomy, Hostelry and Tourism of Toledo is the only Higher that exists in the region. It has a high percentage of placement, since the labor insertion after completing one of their studies reaches 97%.
Restaurants of the prestige of Zalacaín, El Bohío, Coque, El Locum, La Hacienda del Cardenal or Hotel Villamagna are some of the collaborating centers of our School.
Our students receive training in all areas related to the hospitality industry. Thus, after two years of training, they carry out practices in the last quarter in prestigious restaurants and hotels throughout Spain. The students leave the school with the trade learned in all its facets, from the room to the cocktail bar, passing through pastry, wine and protocol and speaking English.
